his event is initiated by Chinese IP professionals under the motivation of learning the European IP system and how it supports the innovation. Concretely, the purpose of this forum is to help the participants increasing their understanding for the European and the Chinese patent systems, especially for enforcing IP rights in China.

One of the highlights of this forum is the official voice from the Consulate-General of China (Munich) and from the State Intellectual Property Office of China, each of which will elaborate the Chinese innovation policy and the Chinese patent practice from a macro and a micro perspective.

Another highlight of this forum is that two very experienced Chinese patent lawyers from two different regions of China (Beijing and Nanjing) will share their experience on how to enforce patent right in China by using different approaches. One would focuse on alternative solutions for enforcing IP rights and another would share his litigation experience before the Chinese Supreme Court.
